FFmpeg's AAC encoder just got a major rewrite for upcoming version 9. By their testing it now beats fdk-aac and Apple's qAAC, and it's shipping day one with AudioRoo v2 – even before the official FFmpeg tagged release.

AudioRoo version 2.0.0 is currently in TestFlight. This update features a complete UI do-over, and new features to free users. Find a link to join the beta at the bottom of this page. More info coming soon!
